Project Management

Our Project Management services including representing the client covers issues such as coordinating fee proposals from design consultants, review and engage consultants, liaise with Local Councils and Utilities, co-ordinate and Chair Project Design meetings, Tender projects to construction companies, review and award contracts, monitor construction, prepare building progress reports, resolve construction/building issues, review progress claims and variations, chair project progress meetings, identify and resolve defective works and non-compliance works and ensure all approvals are obtained and submitted on completion of the project.

Most of our clients have commissioned our services to also assist with the lodgement of Development Applications and Subsequent Construction Certificate Applications with the Local Councils as well as providing and coordinating all additional information that Local Council’s may request in order that approvals be granted.

Our firm works closely with many Design Consultants, Town Planners, Principal Certifying Authorities (PCA) and other experts where we can rely on general advice and commission their services on behalf of our clients subject to client approval.
